Parish Council meetings are held monthly, generally on the Third Wednesday of the month, in the Function Room, Woodcote Village Hall. Meetings start at 19:30, there is a period reserved for public participation prior to the start of the formal meeting. If you wish to discuss any items on the agenda, please make yourself known to the Chair of the meeting at this point. Whilst all meetings are open to the public and press to observe, it is a meeting of the Council and any contributions to the meeting from members of public are at the discretion of the Chair after the public participation period.
2026-2027 Meetings
The Council year operates from the Annual Meeting of the Council in May each year through to the following April. All minutes are considered as DRAFT until approved at the next meeting.

The Annual Meeting of the Parish, is not a meeting of the Council, and has a separate dedicated page.
