The Greenmoor Ponds Restoration Committee meets as needed to support the needs of the project. Normally a short, defined project such as this owudl be managed by a Working Group. As this project, if progressed to its completion, is likely to run to the many thousands of pounds, for the tansparency the Council instead created a Committee to investigate and propose a solution to the Council, including potential funding/grants to apply for. There is a period reserved for public participation prior to the start of the formal meeting. If you wish to discuss any items on the agenda, please make yourself known to the Chair of the meeting at this point.
All committee meetings are public meetings to which the public and press are invited to observe.
Membership includes 3 Councillors, plus 2 Members of the Woodcote Conservation Group: R Sanderson & J Godfrey.
