Staffing Committee meetings are held as needed to support the needs of the Council and its staff, in the Function Room, Woodcote Village Hall. There is a period reserved for public participation prior to the start of the formal meeting. If you wish to discuss any items on the agenda, please make yourself known to the Chair of the meeting at this point.
All committee meetings are public meetings to which the public and press are invited to observe. Due to the nature of the Staffing Committee, the meetings are primarily to discuss confidential business relating to engagement, terms of service, conduct or dismissal of employees. Considering this, it is likely the Staffing Committee will resolve to move to a confidential period and ask all public; press; councillors not members of the committee and where appropriate officers of the council, to withdraw from the meeting during the period of debate.

The Council year operates from the Annual Meeting of the Council in May each year through to the following April. All minutes are considered as DRAFT until approved, generally Staffing Committee minutes are approved at the end of the meeting that they are receording due to the infrequency of the meetings.
