Woodcote Parish Council update on Project Consultation
Thank you again to everyone that took the time to complete a survey for our Project Consultation over the summer. We had 187 individual responses, plus information from a survey of 17 members of Woodcote Youth Club, so we are very grateful to have a lot of data to sort through.
While we sort through all the different comments and suggestions regarding the proposed projects and new ideas, we have also adopted a ‘triage’ approach to the responses.
This approach was taken to pick up the comments and suggestions which fall outside of the remit or control of Woodcote Parish Council (WPC) and remove them from the wider pool of comments. We also wanted to take this opportunity in many cases to explain why this falls outside of Woodcote Parish Council (WPC) remit and, where possible, provide information on who is responsible and how to contact them.
While some comments came up more than once, a summary will be placed in The Correspondent, but we have produced a spreadsheet showing all the individual comments and suggestions.
There will be a follow up article in the next Correspondent with the remaining comments not published in part 1. There are some comments we are fully researching our responses too and those comments have been left off the spreadsheet for now, but will also be updated once responses are complete.

Village Project Consultation
Woodcote Parish Council is consulting the residents of the parish about which projects they would like to see money spent on in the village.

The consultation runs for 8 weeks, from Monday 9th May 2022 – until Sunday 3rd July 2022
