Meetings of the former Neighbourhood Plan Committee
The Council formally approved to disband the Committee and revert to a a working group to expedite the drafting of the next iteration of the neighbourhood plan. Non-Councillor members cannot have voting rights in a committee for writing a neighbourhood plan, and the Committee has been struggling to achieve a quorum.
